Back-to-School Student Bonus is available for ages 13 to 24, and must be primary account owner. Must be under the age of 25 to open the account. Parent/Guardian must be a joint account holder if primary depositor is under the age of 18. For tax purposes, bonus will be reported on 1099. Fees may reduce earnings on the accounts.
1 Open the account with $10 or more and receive a $10 account credit on us. The bonus will be credited within 5 business days of the account opening. Earn an additional $10, when the debit card on the account is swiped a minimum of 10 times over a 60-day period post account opening. The checking account must remain open until the reimbursement credit is posted, which is within 30 days after the 60 day period post account opening. Checking account balance must be at or above $0.00 at the time eligibility is determined in order to receive credit.

Rates are effective as of 8/23/23 and are subject to change after account opening. APY (Annual Percentage Yield) of 5.00% is based on an interest rate of 4.88% for balances of $0.01 - $4,999.99. Balances of $5,000.00 to $249,999.99 earn an APY of 1.80% based on an interest rate of 1.78%. Balances of $250,000 and up earn an APY of 2.75% based on an interest rate of 2.71%.
