Branch Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Multiple Locations

Summary: Oversees and is accountable for the customer experience, operational integrity, branch efficiency, sales activities, and employee management and development within the branch, in order to identify and support the needs of our customers and branch growth objectives. This position is responsible for developing long lasting relationships with consumer and business customers. Accountable for customer satisfaction, deepening customer relationships, consumer and business acquisition, retention, and deposit growth objectives. 

 Minimum/Essential Job Requirements: to

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 5 years of retail banking experience with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity; college degree preferred

  • Must be mobile to meet the needs of the business, working flexible hours in various branch locations

  • May be required to work extended hours, including weekends

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

  • Strong supervisory/leadership skills

  • Demonstrates effective sales/service behaviors

  • Able to concentrate on fine detail work with constant interruptions

  • Ability to write with proper format, punctuation, spelling, and grammar

  • Ability to speak with others with poise, and confidence

  • Ability to explain procedures and to understand both verbal and written instructions

  • Ability to interact with others in a positive manner

  • Extensive knowledge of retail banking regulations and retail branch operations
