Summary: Provides direct analytical, deal and operational support to the Director of C&I Lending, and indirect support to the lending team. This role will be a creative, visible, multi-faceted and cross-functional role that will drive growth within Blue Foundry Banks C&I Business.
Minimum/Essential Job Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience in financial and business analysis.
Bank credit training.
Accounting and finance background.
Genuinely interested in learning about small and middle market business’ and what makes them tick.
High level of personal ethics and integrity.
Bachelor’s Degree.
Detailed knowledge and understanding of federal and state banking laws.
