Summary: The Digital Banking Leader oversees the cash management, ACH, payments (debit cards, Zelle, iWallet), partner relationships (BancCard Elan, ADP), and online/mobile banking functions for the organization. This individual is responsible for the compliant operation and administration of key functions including positive pay, online wires, tenant security, lockbox, merchant services, ACH, RDC, and debit and credit cards. Leads, coaches, and develops the Digital Banking team to achieve an exceptional digital customer experience.
Minimum/Essential Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and/or 10 to 15+ years broad based back office business services banking experience
Experience in new staff development, hiring, leading teams, coaching, and staff management
Extensive experience in vendor selection and ongoing management
Experience in product development and project management
Experience at the officer level working with executive management teams
