Summary: The Product Manager - Lending Solutions will be the internal subject matter expert on the Abrigo and Black Knight end-to-end loan origination software solutions. This person will act as the functional specialist for configuration, security, and maintenance of loan origination solutions at Blue Foundry Bank. The Product Manager - Lending Solutions will be the front line for resolving all internal support requests, configuration, optimization and ongoing maintenance of the software platform for Blue Foundry Bank. They will work closely with the Lending, Credit, Underwriting, Risk, Marketing and Retail Operations teams to configure the best-in-class processes, address technical issues, improve product usability and continue to develop and create efficiencies across the use of the software application.
Minimum/Essential Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or other related field
Minimum of 5 years’ commercial banking/underwriting/loan origination experience
Strong knowledge of the Abrigo/Sageworks End-to-End Loan Origination Software
Abrigo Certified Credit Analysis Professional preferred. Commitment to get certification within a 2-month period
Track record of results-oriented achievements and successful strategy execution
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
Adapt to an entrepreneurial environment and culture quickly
A proven leader and self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently with effective time management skills
