Summary: Responsible for creation and effective management of the bank’s mortgage web and call center platforms, loan application process, and customer interactions; manages the customer experience through all contact channels; oversees online and back office mortgage application functions. Meets agreed upon metrics for lead conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and Net Promoter scores.
Minimum/Essential Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree preferred; a minimum of 3-5 years of equivalent mortgage origination or mortgage call center leadership experience required
Extensive knowledge or mortgage products (agency and private investor) and guidelines, pricing, prospect selling, qualifying, and use of associated tools including CRM, POS,LOS
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Proven supervisory, interpersonal, and decision making skills
Extensive experience in creating positive customer experiences
Skilled in creating and fostering customer-centric, solutions-based sales and service culture
