Mortgage Advisor Leader

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Summary: Responsible for creation and effective management of the bank’s mortgage web and  call center platforms, loan application process, and customer interactions; manages the customer experience through all contact channels; oversees online and back office mortgage application functions. Meets agreed upon metrics for lead conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and Net Promoter scores.

Minimum/Essential Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; a minimum of 3-5 years of equivalent mortgage origination or mortgage call center leadership experience required

  • Extensive knowledge or mortgage products (agency and private investor) and guidelines, pricing, prospect selling, qualifying, and use of associated tools including CRM, POS,LOS

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

  • Proven supervisory, interpersonal, and decision making skills

  • Extensive experience in creating positive customer experiences

  • Skilled in creating and fostering customer-centric, solutions-based sales and service culture
