Guarav Warma has over 9 years of experience in the banking industry, starting with Wells Fargo Bank before joining Blue Foundry Bank in 2024 as a Business Acquisition Manager. In his role, Guarav is responsible for management of the success of the Hoboken and Jersey City branches, achieved through sales activities, customer experience and operations as well as generating new business for the Bank. Guarav is passionate about Blue Foundry Bank because of the family like culture and constant growth and innovation. Guarav has completed multiple certifications in business management/development and Compliance & Risk.
