As the bank for movers, shakers, and makers, we’re proud to announce that we are now an authorized Small Business Administration 7(a) Program lender. As an SBA approved lender, we’re here to provide you with customizable loans in a variety of loan categories offering easier qualification, longer terms, and lower down payments on fixed assets vs. most standard loans. Loans are available to for-profit businesses that may not qualify for a conventional loan. The addition of our SBA 7(a) Program will allow us to provide even more support to small businesses by having the loan products that complement our Blue Carbon Business Lending and Deposit products.

Loans from $100K–$350K
- Fund working capital or inventory
- Purchase needed equipment
Terms:
- Up to 10 year loan terms
- Down payment as low as 10%
Loans from $350K–$5M
- Purchase equipment
- Purchase commercial real estate
- Consolidate existing debt
- Purchase or expand a business
- Find working capital or inventory
Terms:
- Up to 10 years for equipment, working capital, inventory, or business acquisitions
- Up to 25 years with a 25-year amortization for real estate
- Down payment as low as 10% for real estate or business acquisition
