Funds Now Available

The Homebuyer Dream Programs® are grant programs offered to eligible first-time home buyers that provides up to $30,000 towards your down payment and closing costs. The Homebuyer Dream Program® and Homebuyer Dream Program® Plus can be layered with Homebuyer Dream Program® Wealth Builder for additional grant funds if you meet specific eligibility requirements.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Household is a first-time homebuyer
  • Must be an owner-occupied primary residence
  • Income restrictions apply
  • Provide a fully executed Purchase and Sales Contract
  • A minimum equity contribution of $1,000 towards the purchase
  • Purchase an eligible property in New Jersey
  • Completion of homeownership counseling
  • May require execution of a 5 year retention document at closing
