Blue Foundry Bank announces the addition of industry leader, Betty Medina, to its team as AVP/Channel Management Leader. In her role, Medina will be leading Channel Center operations, focusing on excellence in service delivery and the elevation of customer experience. She will be responsible for the development of a multi-channel contact center where customers will have the option to choose their preferred method of banking

Medina joins the ranks following a 23-year tenure at Affinity Federal Credit Union where she was responsible for the overall customer journey and service delivery through inbound channels.“ Betty’s success with developing dynamic teams of service professionals will be an asset to Blue Foundry as we build new and convenient channels of interaction for our customers,” said James Borrelli, VP/Central Operations Leader.

Medina is currently working towards an Enhanced Leadership Certificate from eCornell. When not working or studying she pursues her passion for philanthropy by volunteering with America’s Grow-A-Row in Pittstown NJ - planting and harvesting fresh vegetables for delivery to food banks and residents that need assistance. In addition, she is an avid runner and actively seeks out and participates in 5K races that benefit admirable organizations. Medina’s other interests include practicing yoga, reading and skydiving.
