Blue Foundry Bank Hires Skilled AVP to Lead Newly Created Central Support Team

Blue Foundry Bank is reinventing its approach to operations support with the hiring of Shannon Stasiulaitis. In her role as AVP, Central Support Leader, Stasiulaitis will oversee the bank’s front line operations support, IRA and discretionary overdraft programs, as well as other deposit functions that include new product development, disclosures, tax forms and reporting, ATM and mobile deposit processing, escheatment, and quality assurance.

With over 20 years in banking, Stasiulaitis joins the Blue Foundry Team bringing a wealth of knowledge and a   track record of success in leadership positions at Affinity Federal Credit Union.  “I’m excited to share my years of experience with an organization that is committed to helping its customers find solutions,” said Shannon Stasiulaitis. “Keeping up with this ever-changing world is so important in life. When she finds a few moments between driving change in her new role and motivating her team, Shannon is cheering for her two children at their sporting events alongside her husband. During this unique time, she has found a love for running and finds that it brings a sense of clarity and focus that she can apply to her position at Blue Foundry Bank.
