Blue Foundry Bank Reinvigorates Commercial Lending Department with the Hiring of New Chief Lending Officer

Blue Foundry Bank announced that Vincent Micco has joined their ranks as EVP, Chief Lending Officer. In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing the bank’s commercial and residential lending departments, growing the loan portfolio and cultivating business relationships.

“Its an exciting time to join Blue Foundry Bank,” said Micco. “I look forward to drawing on my depth of experience as a residential mortgage originator and commercial lender while collaborating with the members of our dynamic loan team to provide customers with the best possible products and service.”

Micco joins Blue Foundry Bank following a 15-year tenure at Kearny Bank where he served as Director of Commercial Lending, guiding commercial lending operations and providing management for specialized lending areas; commercial real estate mortgages up to $20 million; commercial and industrial loans; and Small Business Administration (SBA) loans. Through his keen shepherding and exceptional leadership Micco’s department experienced double digit commercial real estate portfolio growth year over year.

Mr. Micco, twice deployed to Iraq, is a decorated Officer in the US Army and continues to serve as a reservist. Dedicated to the communities he works and lives in, Micco served as President of the Rutherford Chamber of Commerce, is currently on the Board of Advisors for the Meadowlands Chamber of Commerce and coaches youth soccer. He and his family reside in Bergen County.
