By providing your email address to Blue Foundry Bank, you are automatically entered into a sweepstakes to win a "Blue Foundry Bank Union Gift Basket". The form you filled out confirms that you are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. By providing your details you have agreed to let Blue Foundry Bank contact you in the future regarding news about products, services and promotions. Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, approved, or affiliated with the manufacturer of the prize being awarded. Sweepstakes prize names and logos are the trademarks and property of the manufacturer of the prize.
OFFICIAL RULES, TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) NO TRANSACTION/PURCHASE NECESSARY. All entries must be received by September 13, 2024, at 9 PM EDT via the following link: Sweepstakes Form. You must provide your name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number and email. You need not be present to win. Winner will be notified via email by September 19, 2024.
2) Prize: "Blue Foundry Bank Union Gift Basket" approximately valued at "$150". Prize may not be substituted for any prize or cash.
3) Winner will be selected from all valid entries received, in a random drawing. Blue Foundry Bank is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. Entries become the property of the sponsor. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of entries received. Entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use the winner’s name and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and promotion on behalf of Blue Foundry Bank without further compensation.
4) Winner will be notified by email and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Waiver of Liability within fifteen (15) days of notification or alternate winner will be selected.
5) This sweepstakes is open only to residents of the US, 18 years or older. Employees/Directors of the following entities and members of their families or households are not eligible for participation: Blue Foundry Bank, related companies, printers, advertising and promotion agencies. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Limit one entry per person.
6) Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash or any other consideration. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the winner’s sole responsibility. By accepting the Prize, winner waives the right to assert as a cost of winning said prize, any and all liability that might arise from redeeming or seeking said prize.
