Summary: We are excited to expand our C&I Business Development team to include a Senior Business Development Officer/Lender position. This role will be a creative, highly visible, multi-faceted and cross-functional role that will drive growth within Blue Foundry Banks C&I department.
7+ years originating C&I loans with consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of credit and ability to structure deals.
Strong relationship development skills with the ability to drive revenue by curating products and services to address a customer needs.
Deep COI relationships in the bank’s geographic footprint.
Bachelor’s Degree in business or finance.
Demonstrated and proven expertise in developing partner relationships and channel programs.
Ability to originate deposit products and cross sell.
