Summary:
The Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) Floater will assist the Business Acquisition Manager with all aspects of branch operations and sales in accordance with bank policies and procedures. In this role you will assume supervisory responsibilities in assigned branch(s).
The ABM Floater is assigned to various, regionally targeted branch locations to assist with staffing needs as required for unspecified periods.
Minimum/Essential Job Requirements:
High school diploma; college degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years banking experience with an emphasis on supervisory, sales, and customer service skills.
Effective communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
Basic management and human resource skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and travel to various branch locations as staffing requires for unspecified periods.
