C&I Loan Closing Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Summary: The C&I Loan Closing Supervisor is responsible for managing all related department loan closing matters which include but are not limited to completing a pre-closing review of the credit file. Review and interpret all related legal documentation for completeness and accuracy. Act as a liaison between bank attorneys, Loan Officers, and the Loan Funding Team to coordinate the loan closing and facilitate the loan closing process.

Minimum/Essential Job Requirements:  

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in Loan Administration C&I lending / Closing loan administration 

  • JD or Paralegal experience a plus

  • Ability to assist where needed in portfolio management and workout

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to communicate with bank attorneys and third-party vendors

  • Knowledge and experience with Sold and Purchased Participation Loan closings

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  • Strong knowledge of loan documentation software i.e., CSI, LaserPro or Equivalent
