Summary: Originates commercial mortgages in accordance with the Bank's appetite and underwriting standards. Conducts preliminary cash flow analysis applying the Bank's expense assumptions. Documents daily prospecting activities conducted outside the office, pursuant to new originations. Presents loans for approval. Provides responsive customer service. Conducts portfolio management duties.
Minimum/Essential Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting or a minimum of five years’ experience in commercial real estate lending
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office Suite.
Excellent prospecting skills, customer service, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
Detailed knowledge and understanding of federal and state banking laws
