Summary:
The Consumer Banking Operations Support Specialist is essential to the Operations team, focusing on the follow-up and organization of quality assurance reviews. This role involves ensuring the timely review and confirmation of responses from consumer banking teams and maintaining accurate and up-to-date reporting logs.
The Specialist serves as a key liaison, coordinating with relevant teams to address outstanding items, thereby ensuring the delivery of high-quality work across the Bank. In addition to these core responsibilities, the Specialist provides support for various operational functions and handles a range of administrative tasks to contribute to the team’s overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Primary Responsibilities
Support Operations team members in following up on new account/person/org and maintenance change responses from consumer and commercial banking teams
Review and analyze updated form notifications from the third-party form’s vendor for the Operations and Digital Banking teams
Upload necessary files to coordinate required mailings with third parties
Assist with account research requests, levy/garnishment processing, and related maintenance changes
Process promotional credits to customer accounts
Manage the Operations team virtual mail (Docufree) account
Oversee core system Contact Management events and ensure prompt responses
Provides exceptional levels of support, both internally and externally, through various channels pertaining to all Operations functions
Cross trains as key functions are added within the department to ensure all tasks are appropriately covered
Retains current knowledge of bank policies and procedures and adheres to such, including the Code of Conduct
Maintains confidentiality of customer information by complying with the Privacy Policy; complies with established policies and procedures when responding to inquiries and requests
