Digital Account Acquisition Manager

Summary: The Digital Account Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading, directing, and managing all aspects of the digital account opening channel. The Digital Account Acquisition Manager is responsible for expanding the Bank’s portfolio of deposit accounts through the acquisition and retention of online/digital consumer and commercial deposit accounts.

Minimum/Essential Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 5 years of account opening/financial institution experience required.

  • Expert level of knowledge pertaining to account opening, business development, sales, and/or marketing.

  • Experience with digital account opening platforms (consumer, business, specialty deposit accounts, etc.) and related functionality.

  • Experience with digital account platform system configuration; proficiency with HTML and JSON programming preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, internal/external customer service delivery, organizational, collaboration, prioritization, time management, and follow-up skills.

  • Experience in staff development, hiring, leading teams, coaching, and managing performance.

  • Extensive knowledge of core system functionality, including account opening processes.

  • Ability to multitask in high pressure environment and manage concurrent priorities.

  • Ability to Identify risks and potential fraud within the digital account channel.

  • Extensive knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements and overall best practices surrounding consumer and business online account opening.

  • Ability to work independently; demonstrates sound decision-making skills.

  • Ability to write clear and understandable procedures and effectively provide both verbal and written instructions.

  • Skilled in handling escalated customer requests, complaints and resolve complex technical service issues.
