Summary: The Digital Banking Manager is responsible for the supervision of the Digital Banking department and the delivery of exceptional levels of external and internal customer service. This position supervises Digital Banking daily operations, including online/mobile banking, cash management services, payments (Zelle, digital wallet), debit/ATM/credit card functions, and ACH processing. The Digital Banking Operations Analyst, Payments Analyst, Payment Specialist, and Digital Banking Specialist report into this position. This individual ensures departmental regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
Minimum/Essential Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
A minimum of five years’ experience in supervising digital banking operational functions and back office support teams
Extensive knowledge of core system functionality; including digital banking operations, cash management products and services, ACH processing, payments, debit/ATM/credit cards, online/mobile banking, and associated banking regulations
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, internal/external customer service delivery, organizational, negotiation, collaboration, prioritization, time management, and follow-up skills
Experience in staff development, hiring, leading teams, coaching, and managing performance
Ability to draft and explain procedures, to understand both verbal and written instructions
Skilled in handling escalated customer service requests; ability to research and resolve complex technical and service issues
Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) Certification preferred, but not required
