Employee Experience and Culture Ambassador

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Summary: The Employee Experience and Culture Ambassador champions the employee experience at Blue Foundry Bank.  Daily the Ambassador provides professional, white glove service at our state-of-the-art headquarters and engages employees through interactive activities, events and communications.  The Ambassador is influential in being the eyes and ears of the employee community and responding to their needs.  Duties include working side by side with Community Managers on front desk reception, food & beverage operations, events, site security and facilities management.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, business administration, hospitality, human resources, marketing, facility management, or a related field preferred.

  • 3-5 years or equivalent experience in employee experience/engagement, human resources, hospitality, marketing, multi-unit retail, or related experience.

  • Excellent external and internal customer service delivery skills.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, which demands both quick thinking and strong attention to detail.

  • Inherent team spirit to provide energy, drive, inspiration, and enthusiasm.

  • Intermediate knowledge of implementing engaging, original employee activities and creating promotional content/materials.

  • Self-starter, creative, and innovative mindset.   Flexible, can adapt and pivot as unforeseen situations arise.

  • Must handle sensitive situations with discretion, confidentially, display good judgement.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and follow up skills.  Monitors their own work for quality.

  • Advanced computer skills including Teams, Word, Excel, online graphic design tools (Canva and Photoshop), desk reservations, emergency alert systems.

  • Ability to forge meaningful relationships across departments and functions.

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. stand for prolonged times, bend, kneel, twist, reach.
