Finance & Accounting Reporting Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Summary: The Reporting Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial data. The Reporting Manager oversees the financial statements, ensuring that they comply with accounting standards and financial regulations. This includes analyzing financial data and maintaining internal controls.

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the SEC reporting function, as well as implementing and maintaining compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”).

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

  • CPA Preferred

  • 5+ years’ experience in accounting or finance field, banking experience preferred.

  • 3+ years’ experience in SEC reporting

  • People management/supervisory experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of GAAP, including preparation of financial statements, including Forms 10k, 10Q, 8K, and 11K

  • Knowledge of financial institution policies and procedures

  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, Prologue(or similar systems), Wdesk preferred.

  • Strong Communication, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
