Summary: Assigned to various branch locations as staffing requires for unspecified periods. Assist Branch Manager with all aspects of branch operations and sales in accordance with bank policies and procedures. Assumes supervisory responsibilities in assigned branch. Promote a professional and productive work environment. Deliver “5 Star Customer Service”.
Minimum/Essential Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and one year banking experience or equivalent work experience OR High School diploma or equivalent and three years banking experience or equivalent work experience
Effective communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
Basic management and human resource skills
Ability to work flexible hours and travel to various branch locations as staffing requires for unspecified periods
