HR Generalist / Talent Acquisition

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Rutherford, NJ

Summary: Primarily responsible for recruitment, Affirmative Action Program, and Diversity and Inclusion. Assists in counseling staff and supervisors on work-related matters.

Minimum/Essential Job Requirements: 

  • SHRM certificate and/or degree in human resource management or business management; or minimum of five years of progressive experience in Human Resources

  • Knowledge of employment and labor laws, recruitment, payroll, and benefit administration

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening)

  • Ability to coach, mentor, and influence others

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Payroll and/or HRIS systems
