Internal Loan Review Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Summary: Manages and directs the Internal Loan Review Program and is responsible for carrying out the program in compliance with the Bank’s Loan Review Policy. Responsible for overseeing/reviewing a percentage of the Bank’s commercial and consumer loan portfolio for loan quality, accuracy and regulation compliance. Reviews individual credits to determine the quality of such loans in light of the current economic conditions, trends in the financial condition of the borrower and value of the collateral.           

Minimum/Essential Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum 10 years of related experience

  • Extensive knowledge of all financial lending policies and procedures

  • Extensive knowledge of Loan Administration and Servicing, Loan Workouts, TDR, Collections and Delinquency Management

  • Strong Financial Statement Review knowledge

  • Excellent managerial and supervisory skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • The position may also require travel to a property and/or facility for review
