IT Systems Administrator

Summary:  The IT Systems Administrator will fulfill the duties by collaborating with internal users and external vendors, senior management at the bank, and working closely with the bank CTO. Will provide hands-on technical assistance to users at the bank, including remote branches.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • BS or information technology certifications recognized in the industry as an alternative.

  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support services, hands-on user support, and applications.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, and Office 365 applications,

  • Experience managing and troubleshooting Windows, Apple Mac, and mobile devices.

  • Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong customer service orientation and analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

  • Must present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.

  • Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail.

  • Fast learner and ability to continuously develop technical skills to stay current.

  • Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.

  • Maintaining and improving internal processes related to technology and IT security.

  • Ability to provide technical knowledge transfer and training for internal users.

  • Must be able to occasionally travel within a 30-mile radius to branch locations to meet business needs.

  • Experience, a plus:

    • Audio/Visual equipment and Crestron

    • public cloud services such as Azure or AWS

    • managing web services and email

    • working in the financial sector, specifically in banking
