Summary: Responsible for lead pursuit, deal structuring, and taking complete and qualified first mortgage and home equity loan applications. Takes complete and qualified loan applications, and supports borrower self-service at any point in the application process. Resolves borrower inquiries and issues for her/his own applications as well as those of their teammates.
Minimum/Essential Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; a minimum of 1-3 years of equivalent mortgage origination or mortgage call center experience required
Knowledge of mortgage products (agency and private investor) and guidelines, pricing, prospect selling, qualifying, and use of associated tools including CRM, POS,LOS
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
Strong interpersonal and decision making skills
Experience in creating positive customer experiences
Skilled in delivering customer-centric, solutions-based borrower experiences
Must be available to work a Saturday schedule
