Summary: Assists in directing the daily activities of the Loan Servicing Department to include tax escrow, ACH and Autopay, insurance policies and disbursements, loan payoffs, loan account on-line set up, E-Oscar credit disputes, ARM rate change reports, and supervision of staff which includes coaching and training, performance reviews, attendance tracking, and vacation coordination and approval.
Minimum/Essential Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong understanding of financial institution procedures as it relates to Mortgage Loan Servicing.
Minimum of eight years of experience in servicing residential and commercial loans.
Minimum of three years management/supervisory experience with demonstrative ability to lead others effectively.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external customers including corporate executives and senior management.
Firm comprehension of all mortgage products and services, policies, procedures, and related regulations including reporting and audit requirements.
Working knowledge of various electronic servicing portals (i.e. reporting, e-document filing and cancellation).
Must be self-directed, motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, both on-site and remotely.
Demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems regarding a variety of financial activities.
Detail oriented, high degree of accuracy and exercise independent judgment in decision making.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, management, communication (both written and oral), analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Microsoft Office Applications proficiency is required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, One Note and Teams).
COCC operating system knowledge a plus.
Identifi imaging system knowledge a plus.
