Summary:

The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks.

This role demands excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to maintain a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate is a multitasker who can handle various administrative duties while maintaining a polished and approachable demeanor.

Minimum/Essential Job Requirements: 

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a friendly and professional attitude

  • Oversee visitor sign-ins and enforce security protocols

  • Foster a positive experience for visitors and clients from arrival to departure

  • Handle inquiries efficiently via phone, email, or in-person while maintaining confidentiality

  • Distribute incoming mail (electronic & physical) and packages and handle outgoing correspondence.

  • Manage appointment schedules and meeting room bookings.

  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and general office organization

  • Collaborate with community managers and facilities for repairs and maintenance requests

  • Address complaints or issues promptly and escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary
