Summary: Incumbent will plan, execute, track and optimize digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, website management, marketing database, email, social media and digital marketing campaigns. Will measure and report spend and performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against business objectives (ROI and KPIs).
Minimum Job Requirements:
Must have 5-8 years Digital Marketing experience.
Integrated Marketing Campaign Development.
Email Marketing and Channel Analysis.
Performance Marketing/PPC with strong experience in Paid Search.
Digital Marketing/Sales Funnel Reporting and ROI demonstration across all initiatives.
Experience in A/B and multivariate experiments.
Social Media Content Strategy, Paid Social & Analytics.
SEO Management and Optimization.
Website: Content Strategy, Development/Optimizations and Key Metric Tracking
Experience in optimizing customer journeys.
CRM, customer segmentation, customer retention, LTV.
Should remain abreast of latest digital marketing trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
Strong analytics skills and data-driven thinking.
Advanced skills in Microsoft suite including Excel and Powerpoint, experience in PowerBI desired.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript development and constraints.
Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
MBA Degree a plus!
