Sr. Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Summary: Assists in the servicing management of the Commercial and Residential Loan Portfolio, which includes, but is not limited to, boarding commercial loans onto the core system; tracking and maintaining UCC filings; reporting, etc.  

Minimum/Essential Job Requirements: 

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of five years previous experience in commercial and residential mortgage loan servicing or related area required

  • Equivalent mortgage or real estate related education may offset some, but not all, of experience requirement

  • Good understanding of financial institution procedures as it relates to Mortgage Loan Servicing

  • Experience in various types of commercial loan products, including but not limited to Commercial Real Estate, SBA, C&I, Business Lines of Credit

  • Working knowledge of the following systems a plus: COCC core system, Abrigo/Sageworks, Corelogic Tax Service, Allied Solutions, e-Oscar

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 with an emphasis with Excel

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills
