Location: Parsippany, NJ
Summary: Assists in the servicing management of the Commercial and Residential Loan Portfolio, which includes, but is not limited to, boarding commercial loans onto the core system; tracking and maintaining UCC filings; reporting, etc.
Minimum/Essential Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of five years previous experience in commercial and residential mortgage loan servicing or related area required
Equivalent mortgage or real estate related education may offset some, but not all, of experience requirement
Good understanding of financial institution procedures as it relates to Mortgage Loan Servicing
Experience in various types of commercial loan products, including but not limited to Commercial Real Estate, SBA, C&I, Business Lines of Credit
Working knowledge of the following systems a plus: COCC core system, Abrigo/Sageworks, Corelogic Tax Service, Allied Solutions, e-Oscar
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 with an emphasis with Excel
Strong customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills
