Summary: The Staff Accountant is responsible for the preparation and analysis of general ledger entries and other accounting functions.
In this role you will prepare various daily entries to include treasury stock purchases, investment purchases, maturities, correcting entries, amongst others.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
2+ year of accounting or related experience
Working knowledge of accounting principles
Strong analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
Knowledge of MS 365, Word, Excel, and general ledger system
Knowledge of financial institution policies and procedures
