Training Support Specialist/ Financial Services

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Summary: Provides training in various areas of the bank to all levels of bank staff. Maintains an advanced knowledge of operating systems. Responsible to motivate Blue Crew University students to learn, and encourages interaction during training. Works closely with Retail Training Leader and Sales Manager to maintain a cohesive training curriculum. Responsible for overseeing training schedules for all new hires and existing staff, branch audit reporting, and documentation review.

Minimum/Essential Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and five years banking experience or equivalent experience

OR

  • High school diploma or equivalent and seven years banking experience

  • Must have the ability to work flexible hours and travel to various branch locations as duties require

  • Training experience in a classroom or group setting

  • Excellent in Word and Excel and Powerpoint

  • Clear, concise, and professional communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
