Treasury and Planning Analyst

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Summary: The Treasury and Planning Analyst will provide support to the Treasury and Financial Planning functions through the analysis and reporting of interest rate risk management to senior stakeholders.  Additionally, the analyst will support strategic and forecasting of the Bank's balance sheet and income statement.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar areas of study, MBA preferred.

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in financial services industry.

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven asset/liability analysis.

  • Advanced computer skills and strong knowledge of pertinent spreadsheet and database software.

  • Experience in quantitative modeling of financial instruments.

  • Skilled analyst with prior banking experience.

  • Knowledge of bank products and services.

  • Detail oriented with strong analytical skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of personal ethics and integrity.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • Working knowledge of Empyrean Asset Liability model (or similar) preferred.
