Lisa Omar has over 20 years of bank management experience, joining Blue Foundry Bank in 2012 as a Business Acquisition Manager. In her current role, she is responsible for leading her team in providing excellent personal service to the members of the Rochelle Park & Hillsdale community, but also for developing new business for the bank as well. Prior to her time at Blue Foundry Bank, Lisa was a Branch Manager at Wells Fargo, having worked her way up from a part-time teller, a position she took during High School. Lisa is passionate about working at Blue Foundry Bank because she enjoys helping others reach their financial goals and meeting clients’ needs with new and creative ideas with the help of the Bank’s innovative approach. Lisa earned her associate degree in business management from Bergen Community College and has earned a certificate in Leadership & Management skills through Rutgers continuing education. Lisa is an active member of the Paramus Elks Club, the Hackensack Regional Chamber of Commerce, and the North Jersey Chamber of Commerce. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys the beach, travel, and time with her family and friends.
