Michael Aglialoro has over 25 years of banking experience, joining Blue Foundry Bank in 2023 as a Business Acquisition Manager. Michael has an extensive background in the banking world, having spent time with Fleet Bank, Amalgamated Bank, Bethpage Federal Credit Union, and most recently City National Bank. In his role, Michael is responsible for leading his teams in providing excellent personal service to the people and businesses of Mahwah and Wyckoff, but also for developing new business for the bank in these cities as well. Michael is passionate about Blue Foundry Bank because the Bank holds true to its vision and mission, with a team that understands that we all share the same goals and objectives. Michael earned his bachelor’s degree in economics with a business management minor from Fordham University and currently served on the Business Advisory Committee for the Workshop in Business Opportunities within the Borough of Manhattan Community College. Outside of work, Michael enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with his family.
